Terms of Service

Draft. You accept the Terms of Service and Buyer Agreement inside the BoughtForMe app when you create your account, before any funds move. When either document changes, the app asks you to accept the new version from the day it takes effect. Until you do, you cannot add funds, start or extend a sourcing request, or open a bidding session. You can still withdraw your funds, cancel a request, and close your account. Each acceptance is recorded against the exact document version, with the date and time.

BoughtForMe is an Oklahoma-based licensed used-car dealer. We broker used vehicles only; we do not broker new vehicles. Client funds are held in a segregated account, separate from operating funds, and are refunded per the terms of your buyer's order.

You are responsible for every bid placed through your BoughtForMe account and your BidManager login. Keep your password, your authenticator app, and your BidManager login to yourself. If you believe someone else has used your account, contact us right away, and no later than 24 hours after you notice it. We keep a record of each bidding session opened from your account, including the time, the device, and the network address, and we may rely on it if a bid is disputed.
